All residents of Cowley County are eligible to enter and there is no entry fee. Residents may submit more than one entry. The winner of each category, Youth Visual Arts, Adult Visual Arts, Youth Performing Arts, and Adult Performing Arts will receive a prize package donated by businesses of Cowley County along with an opportunity to showcase their work either with a performance at the Marquee, or a display at Gallery 1001. Winners will be announced on March 27th at 8:00 P. M.
